Umami

Incredible that anybody can give less than 5 Stars. Of you don’t like fish, don’t ask for Sushi. We had amazing dishes, bit of fantasy, professional and friendly service, perfect recomandations,etc.,etc. Same restaurant in London, Berlin, Paris, Milan makes a Million per year. This is maybe the only mistake. The place is hidden in Frosinone.

Organized a dinner with my wife Very well structured and furnished urban style place. Lots of variety in the dishes, products of excellent quality and quantity. Some tasty and well-balanced entrees, red mazara prawn and blue prawn nigiri (you can't find them in all Japanese restaurants, on the contrary) Then a chef's choice, 40 pieces, the sashimi was of excellent quality; the hosomaki varied and well made. Two glasses of white. Price 125 euros. In my opinion probably the best Japanese in the city, the price is in line with the quality. Recommended for someone who wants to eat a certain type of sushi.

Very good! The only restaurant that practices Fusion cuisine to perfection. The dishes are masterpieces. The dishes are taken care of down to the smallest detail and obviously the fish is very fresh. Being a fusion cuisine, they offer a variety of dishes including fish and meat. Also excellent if you want to have a quick meal as they prepare Pokè (about €10). The prices are quite high but it's worth going there, even just for special occasions (the prices vary based on what you order... for example, I took everything based on fish and the price for 2 people was around to €170

I have had the pleasure of coming to umami several times with my boyfriend, both for dinner and for an aperitif, and it is our favorite restaurant in all of Frosinone. At this point we have tried almost everything on the menu and there is nothing that isn't great. Our absolute favorite is the "voka tuna", great and amazing, I can't recommend it more! I also highly recommend the ravioli, the best I've ever eaten. The staff is very kind and the place is really beautiful. If you like Japanese cuisine, come here! Update required by maps: The food remains the same; really delicious. Same thing for the atmosphere, but the staff has changed. The service has certainly decreased in quality. As helpful and kind as the staff are, if you ask - for example - for wasabi, it is very likely that it will never arrive. Unfortunately I also noticed that the guy who tended the bar is missing; super nice and knowledgeable when it comes to drinks, his lack is definitely noticeable. Also because the times I have been there, starting from this summer, it has often been understood that serving us was a waitress with no knowledge either of wines in general (negligible), or of which ones were on the menu or available at that moment in the restaurant (a little less negligible).
